What we watch
Checks run at regular intervals, every 10 minutes by default.
SSL certificate
We warn you 14 days before the certificate expires. An expired certificate shows visitors a “not secure” warning.
Content and search visibility
Is the home page loading blank or as a maintenance page? Has it been closed to search engines by mistake (noindex)?
Shopify catalogue
Products that sell out, products whose price changes, and sudden drops in the number of live products. Unexpected bulk changes are seen the same day.
Cart service
On Shopify stores we check that the cart responds. If the cart is not working, neither are your sales.
Monthly report
Uptime, average and slowest response time, and every incident of the month with how long it lasted, on one page.

No login required
We only read the public pages of your site. No admin password, API key or store permission is needed, and setup is done the same day.
Alerts are confirmed first
No alert is sent until a problem shows up in two checks in a row, so your phone does not ring for a momentary network blip. We also tell you when the problem is over.

The system was built and tested on Lumina’s own sites and products. We do not recommend a tool we do not use ourselves.

FAQ
Do I need to give you my store password or an API key?
No. The Watch plan reads public pages only. For the Fix plan we ask for the access a specific fix needs, only for that job and within the scope you set.
Which sites can you watch?
Any website, and Shopify stores. Some Shopify stores have their public product feed switched off; in that case we set up catalogue monitoring separately, with the store owner’s approval.
Can you watch my Etsy shop?
Etsy does not allow automated reading of shop pages. Etsy monitoring is set up separately through Etsy’s official API with the shop owner’s approval; timing and scope are agreed in a call.
How do alerts reach me?
As a push notification on your phone. Each alert says in one plain sentence what broke and when.
What does this service not do?
It does not test areas behind a login or the checkout flow to its final step, and it does not guarantee sales or advertising results. It is not a security audit.
